Sardar Maan Singh Dutta was a prominent personality of Khatima. He had been admired by every Individual of the region because of his reformative, innovative and revolutionary ideas. When he came to settle down in Khatima, he was very dejected by seeing the pathetic condition of the education system. During his period even the imagination of English Medium School was beyond the comprehension of common mass.Â

As He was politically and socially very active so he resolved to bring forth some catastrophic alteration in Khatima, through His tremendous laborious efforts, a revolutionary English Medium School emerged in the year 1987 and his dream came into existence. Nosegay Public School was established on July 15, 1987.Â

Even after the more than two decades, Nosegay Public School has been recognising as the top most renowned institution of the region and it is still flourishing & touching many mile stones every year under the super-vision of his daughter Mrs SURENDER KAUR, Managing Director.
